The first-ever Sky Walk in the Philippines is located at the Crown Regency Hotel in Cebu. It may not be considered as a place where many tourists visit, but for thrill-seekers, this sure is something worth dropping by.
The Sky Walk is in the 37th floor of the building and it circles around the whole building. You'll be able to enjoy the 360-degree view while imagining the different possible things that may happen while walking on the edges of the building. The platform was built to hold up to 5,000 pounds and in case you accidentally fall of the building, no problem! There are multiple harnesses strapped to secure each of the walkers and guides who will walk with you 'til the end. The interval time for each Sky Walk tour is around 15 minutes.
We got to experience stepping with only one foot at the edge of the building. How did it feel? It was as if we were about to fall from 37th floor! Even though there were harnesses, it still felt scary because the harness might give. The view from the top was magnificent, but we can't help feeling our knees might give in at the same moment as there was nothing to hold on to. But as we walked on, we slowly overcame the fear and were awed with the view of Cebu City at night.
We got to experience the Sky Walk for free. It came free with our buffet dinner in Crown Regency Hotel. A very exciting experience indeed and for those with a fear of heights, this just might be the way to conquer it.
These pictures are only a glimpse of the experience, try the Sky Walk and feel the thrill!

@earth - hahaha sige ah, try mo ng walang harness =p
@yen - actually nung una akala ko di masyado scary, pero nung nasa labas ako... my gash! nanghina tuhod ko =))
im thinking why we did not see or read opinions, excitement, and joys from the people or travelers that didn't used the harness... ??
it might be because they were too busy enjoying the "free fall" part of the ride haha.
@earth: hmmm... let me turn on the corny side of my brain... it think because those people fell of the building and died... haha
Do you use the elevator in order to get to the 37th floor? If so, are the elevator buttons only triggered via "human warmth coming from the skin"?
@LittleAlice: we didn't notice if their elevator behaves as you have described. I'm wondering why you asked this...
